It shows as it being installed, but it just won't work, when I use the flash site, it just cycles through their 'thank you' download page. After installing Flash Player, everything works correctly until you restart your computer. The solution is actually buried in one of the above answers. Now I can get some sleep!

I clicked on it and from adobe webpage I downloaded the file 'install_flash_player'. Right click the key and click on permissions.
