If your floppy cable has more than one connection, verify that you have connected the floppy to the appropriate connection. It is a member of the Microsoft Partner Program. It's either hardware or settings or software. but thanks alot for atleast making it work now! 3.5 floppies were and are notorious for failing very easily.
