I don't want specifically to delete read-only files, I want to do everything I should be able to do.It seems like that everything that "passes" through UAC, and that needs admin Any suggestions? Its really work. It solved my problem.

After playing around with your instructions, I have success! ‘Rmdir' didn't work for me for every folder, but once the problem files were deleted, I opened explorer again and deleted the
