It seems there is some problem with Network Discovery or recognition of computer names on the network. All PCs are in a workgroup (one machine is XP, so we don't use Homegroup). The settings for Domain are not enabled, but I presume that is correct since I do not have a domain server. And none of them can (anymore, once again, they were working fine before the weird power day).
