Firewire Card Problem


it is a 30-gig firewire drive made by other world computing. Really annoying having a fast I7 computer that its hard to get above idling on and not being able to get audio in. Delta 1010ltx2, Pro-tools, Wavelab, and tons others. i know i should be running xp, but there's some software compatability that's forcing me to use 98 for a couple more months.
